![]() The myths about vampires are to vast to number. Even though most of them carry some truth as well as myth, they still fail to grasp the true nature of the Vampyre.
The father of all Vampyre, Holston Voldava, was a pureblood, born of the fiery depths and of the evil that spawned from it. He was born with the gift of immortality and the power of shadow. These powers carry from one vampires blood to another. A pureblood needs not to drink the blood of a human to sustain life, they are given immortality through birth. However, if a human is bitten by a pureblood, they become undead, they must drink the blood of a human to sustain immortality.
The birth of a pure blood is another myth in itself. A Vampyre, a pure blood, must mate with a vampire, one that has been bitten. The pureblood from the Vampyre interacts with the blood of the vampire and carries on the powers to the unborn child, creating another pureblood. This is how the procreation of the Vampyre is performed.
